Calisthenics Cup Endurance Qualification Routine 2026

The Calisthenics Cup returns in 2026 with a format built for true endurance athletes. After the standout wins in 2025, where Sergio Di Pasquale claimed the male title and Solveig M Berg dominated the female division, this year sets a new standard for what elite athletes can handle.

The competition will be held 16 to 19 April, and the endurance category now runs across two full days instead of one. This gives athletes more recovery between stages and ensures every competitor can perform at their highest level when the pressure peaks.
