For the 2025 edition, qualification was judged on how quickly and how cleanly athletes performed the required repetitions. Speed alone did not secure a spot: every repetition had to be performed with correct form, and incorrect repetitions did not count regardless of the time on the clock.

How the video had to be recorded
- The entire body visible throughout the routine.
- Clothing that does not obstruct the view of the movement.
- No cuts and no edits. Original sound only, no music.
- Camera at a 45-degree angle, 160–180 cm high for muscle-ups, pull-ups, dips and squats, and 10–20 cm for push-ups.
The movement standards for that edition covered grip width and full extension on pull-ups, a neutral body line and shoulders passing the elbows on push-ups, hips below bar level on dips, no kipping on muscle-ups, and hips below knee level on squats.
Standards are revised per edition. The current version is on the endurance rules page.
